Where in the World? 4
Let's see if this time I've found a trickier picture! When trying to figure out just where in the world this photo was taken, think about what you know about architecture. As always, post as a comment your best guess for the region (feel free to be more specific if you can) and why.

In France
That is the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, France.
I think this is in Italy because Italy have really beautiful things:)
I think it's France because I think I saw something a lot like this on a postcard about France, and also it has that totally FRENCH element hanging around it:)
I am 100% sure that this arch is in France, Paris. It's the 'Arc de Triomphe'. If you go to google images and type 'France monuments arches' then you'll see hundreds of pictures of this arch. =) =D =P
I think this Arch is in Paris, France. My cousins went to Paris a couple of years ago and they took a picture of this arch behind them. I finally think I got a where in the world right! Probably not though.... I'm really bad at these. So yeah Paris, France. :)
Arc de Triumph arch in Paris France because it is a very well known and because I have seen a picture of my friend standing under it in france! : )

This is the arch in France because when I went to France over easter I saw the arch and this picture looks simular to it
NOTICE: DONT READ MY COMMENT IT IS A SPOILER AND SO ARE MOST OF MY GUESSES, SORRY :) This is the Arc de Triomphe in New York. When I first saw the picture, I instantly thought it was the one in France, but then I saw that the carvings in the side were different. I found out that there are actually different Arc de Triomphes in different places like Barcelona and Rome although they look different. If you look closely (this is a bad pic) that statuette at the top is actually an eagle.
This is definantly the Arc de Triomphe in New York. I noticed this because as I was looking at the pictures of the Arc de Triomphe in France, it didn't seem right because the two rectangles at the top were a different shape that the ones on the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. I was looking so hard and I found it!!!!! It's architect was Stanford White who built it in 1892 and is in the entrance of the Washington Square Park in Manhattan, NYC.
I think this is in Italy in Rome because when I went to Italy I saw many ancient buildings and they looked a lot like this one.
I just checked and Hannah's right. Boo Hoo! I didn't get it right after all:(
i think here is france becuse it is historical and france has alot of historical places but im not sure
I believe that it is in the arc de triomphe in New York. And it is in the Washington Square Park. Monuments with arches were built to welcome soldiers coming back victorious from a war.
i thougth here is france but i thought wrong becuase here is in new yotk
